Canada is just finding out Polygamy is already legal in one province. Saskatchewan has legalized Polygamy under section 51 of the Family Property Act, All Canadians must receive equal treatment under the Federal laws of Canada and as such, Winston Blackmore must have his charges dropped and then sue for religeous persecution.
